Take a small amount of the cream on the tips of your fingers and rub it on the entry to your backside. You can explore deeper by penetrating yourself and rubbing it on the inside, as well. In a few moments, it should begin to feel numb and relaxed. Use regular lube to keep things slippery and slick, then penetrate yourself as much as you like! Exercise some caution; you won’t be able to feel if it hurts, so be gentle as you train your backside to stretch open and take bigger and deeper penetration. With time and practice, you’ll be a pro! Tip: when playing with a partner, have them wear a condom so their shaft doesn’t get numb from the cream.
