Your privacy matters to us. We ship orders using plain, discreet packaging, so your purchase can arrive without drawing unnecessary attention and keep you safe.
Plain, Discreet Packaging
Orders are packed in plain cardboard boxes, mailing cartons, satchels, or other neutral packaging without adult imagery or obvious references to the products inside.
The outside of your parcel will not display BadPups Store branding, product photographs, kink-related wording, or descriptions that unnecessarily reveal the nature of your purchase.
Depending on the size, shape, weight, destination, and shipping method, packaging may include:
- Plain cardboard boxes
- Unbranded mailing satchels
- Protective wrapping or padding
- Standard shipping labels and courier documentation
- Reused or recycled packaging materials where appropriate
While we aim to keep packaging as discreet as reasonably possible, shipping carriers may still require standard sender, return-address, customs, or product information (see customs and international section below).*
Sustainable and Recycled Packaging
We care about the environment. Where practical, we may use recyclable, recycled, reused, or lower-waste packaging materials.
This may include responsibly reusing clean boxes, protective padding, or other suitable packaging that remains strong enough to protect your order during delivery.
Because product sizes and fulfilment locations vary, we cannot guarantee that every order will use the same packaging materials or sustainability features. Our priority is to balance discretion, product protection, shipping requirements, and waste reduction.
Discreet Payment Descriptions
We use discreet payment descriptions in all payments done via our store checkout.
The exact description may vary depending on:
- Your payment method
- Your bank or card provider
- The payment processor used
- Your country or region
- Currency conversion or international processing requirements
We won’t write here what is actually used because if you need to keep your order private from someone else – they could search up the payment descriptor it would show this page, however it is not our full store name and is discrete to keep your privacy safe. To help others, if you are asked by your bank to label the purchase, don’t, so it won’t add that information for other customers.

*Customs Declarations and International Orders
International shipments may require a customs declaration, commercial invoice, tariff classification, or Harmonized System code, commonly known as an HS code.
We must provide customs authorities and shipping carriers with information that is accurate enough to comply with applicable laws and import requirements. This means we cannot falsely describe, disguise, undervalue, or misdeclare the contents of a parcel. This is an international requirement, meaning other sellers and stores must do this too.
We will generally use neutral, factual, and non-explicit descriptions where legally appropriate.
Depending on the product, examples may include descriptions such as:
- Clothing
- Fashion accessory
- Costume accessory
- Silicone product
- Personal accessory
- Novelty item
- Stainless steel accessory
- Personal care item
- and similar
The description used will depend on the actual product, its material, intended classification, destination country, and the information required by the courier or customs authority.
Some countries require more specific wording than others. Customs documents, invoices, or electronic import records may therefore contain a more detailed product category or HS code than the description visible on the outside of the parcel.
BadPups Store will not intentionally use false descriptions or incorrect customs classifications for the purpose of avoiding duties, taxes, restrictions, inspections, or import laws.

Customs Inspections
Customs authorities may inspect, open, delay, or hold international parcels. These decisions are outside the control of BadPups Store. This rarely will happen.
Although we package orders discreetly, we cannot guarantee privacy from:
- Customs authorities
- Border inspection agencies
- Postal services
- Couriers
- Law enforcement agencies
- and similar entities involved
Customers are responsible for checking whether products can legally be imported, possessed, or used in their destination country or region. If we know a location is restricted for what you are trying to buy, we will cancel and refund your order and let you know – but you should always do your own research to check (typically restricted locations are generally more conservative countries. You can see a general list on our FAQs page).
Import duties, taxes, processing charges, inspection fees, and customs clearance costs may also apply. We are not responsible for these fees, and you are responsible for paying these fees to allow the clearance of your shipment.
